The daily struggle

Does this sound familiar?

Iris was built so that none of these slips through again.

  1. 01

A 4/10 review discovered three weeks after it was posted

  2. 02

Replies that go out late — or never, on some channels

  3. 03

Nobody knows who should handle the breakfast complaint

  4. 04

A score that drops, with no idea why

  5. 05

Reviews in Arabic and Darija that nobody analyses

  6. 06

Paper questionnaires that end up in a drawer

The ticket queue

A review isn't a statistic. It's work to be done.

Iris doesn't just display your reviews. Every piece of feedback becomes a ticket, with a priority, the team concerned and a deadline: 72 hours, or the channel's own deadline if it's shorter. Once it passes, the ticket turns overdue — on its own.

Everything you need to own your reputation

Built for a hotel manager, not an analyst: the filters that matter, and a “How it works” guide on every screen.

  1. 01

    One queue, every source

Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb reviews and survey responses land in the same queue. A review republished by a partner site is counted once.

  2. 02

    Deadlines first

72 hours to reply, or the channel's deadline if it's shorter. The on-time reply rate reads overall and channel by channel.

  3. 03

    Sentence by sentence

“Spotless room but endless check-in”: two sentences, two topics, two sentiments. 7 domains, 27 topics, in French, Arabic, Darija and English.

  4. 04

    The stay behind the review

Each review is linked to its booking: dates, room type, rate, segment. You know who is speaking, and about which stay.

  5. 05

    Teams, not culprits

Each ticket goes to the team its topic points to: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, leisure, management. Never to one person.

  6. 06

    Guided replies

Thirty templates by situation and language, suggested from the review's score and topic. Brackets mark what's left for you to write.

  7. 07

    Your market, side by side

Your score, volume and star split against the competitor hotels you choose, month after month.

  8. 08

    Honest numbers

Compared with last year, or not at all. Under five responses, no score: the sample stays visible, never a misleading figure.

Post-stay surveys

Guests who never write a review have an opinion too.

The Iris questionnaire goes out after check-out, in your hotel's name, in French, English or Arabic. One screen at a time, one mandatory question — by email, link or QR code.

  • —Sent automatically after check-out, from the bookings in your channel manager or PMS
  • —Every guest left out has a written reason: cancellation, no-show, no address, recently surveyed
  • —Response rate is measured on invitations actually delivered
  • —The headline indicator: the share of guests who give you 9 or 10
  • —Outlets, amenities, brand promise: the questionnaire adapts to your property

How it works

Three moves, every morning

Iris tells the same loop on every screen: read, act, watch what moves.

  1. 01

    Connect

Iris switches on for your Bridg_ property. Reviews arrive by themselves through your channel connection; those already received are picked up on day one.

  2. 02

    Act

The queue tells you what to handle first. You reply from Iris, the reply goes out to the channel, and the ticket closes on time.

  3. 03

    Measure

Topics, domains, compliance, last-year comparison: you see what moved, and where to act.

The difference

From enduring your score to steering it

What changes the day Iris opens the queue.

Without Iris

  • ✕Reviews read at random across extranets
  • ✕Replies late, sometimes never
  • ✕A score that drops with no explanation
  • ✕Questionnaires never typed in

With Iris

  • A queue sorted by priority and deadline
  • Every delay visible, channel by channel
  • The topics that push your score up or down
  • Online surveys, analysed as soon as they're answered

Who it's for

One queue, four readings

  • Management

The home screen says what moved: to read, to handle, to analyse.

  • Front desk & teams

Each team sees its tickets, its deadlines and the topics that concern it.

  • Quality

Compliance by channel, topics, monthly tables and CSV exports.

  • Groups

Every property ranked, and the ones slipping flagged.

FAQ

What we get asked

Do I need the Bridg_ channel manager?

Iris switches on for a Bridg_ property: your channel manager's connection to the OTAs brings in the reviews, and your bookings give them their context. Surveys can also be shared by link or QR code.

Which review sources are supported?

Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb through your channel connection, plus your survey responses and imported responses. Google Business Profile is on the way.

Can I reply to reviews from Iris?

Yes. The reply goes out to the channel from the review page, in the language you choose, and the ticket moves to “Responded”. Templates by situation save you time.

Does Iris understand Arabic and Darija?

Yes: analysis runs sentence by sentence in French, Arabic, Darija and English. The interface and the questionnaires are available in French, English and Arabic.

Who sees what?

Access follows your Bridg_ account permissions, property by property. Tickets are assigned to teams, never to individuals.

Where is the data hosted?

On Bridg_'s infrastructure, hosted in Algeria, like your channel manager.
