# Iris Insight by Bridg_ — Guest reviews & surveys for hotels — built in Algeria

> Iris Insight by Bridg_ (“Iris”) is guest review and online reputation management software for hotels. It turns every review published on Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb, and every guest satisfaction survey response, into a ticket with a priority, an owning team and a 72-hour reply deadline. Iris is published by Bridg_, the Algerian company behind the Bridg_ Channel Manager, Bridg_ HMS and Bridg_ POS, and hosted in Algeria.

Iris brings your Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb reviews and your survey responses into a single ticket queue. Every piece of feedback gets a priority, a team and a deadline — and you finally see what moves your score up or down.

- **72 h** to reply, tracked ticket by ticket
- **27** hospitality topics, sentence by sentence
- **4** languages analysed, Darija included
- **1** queue for reviews and surveys

## Does this sound familiar?

Iris was built so that none of these slips through again.

- A 4/10 review discovered three weeks after it was posted
- Replies that go out late — or never, on some channels
- Nobody knows who should handle the breakfast complaint
- A score that drops, with no idea why
- Reviews in Arabic and Darija that nobody analyses
- Paper questionnaires that end up in a drawer

## A review isn't a statistic. It's work to be done.

Iris doesn't just display your reviews. Every piece of feedback becomes a ticket, with a priority, the team concerned and a deadline: 72 hours, or the channel's own deadline if it's shorter. Once it passes, the ticket turns overdue — on its own.

### Everything you need to own your reputation

Built for a hotel manager, not an analyst: the filters that matter, and a “How it works” guide on every screen.

- **One queue, every source** — Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb reviews and survey responses land in the same queue. A review republished by a partner site is counted once.
- **Deadlines first** — 72 hours to reply, or the channel's deadline if it's shorter. The on-time reply rate reads overall and channel by channel.
- **Sentence by sentence** — “Spotless room but endless check-in”: two sentences, two topics, two sentiments. 7 domains, 27 topics, in French, Arabic, Darija and English.
- **The stay behind the review** — Each review is linked to its booking: dates, room type, rate, segment. You know who is speaking, and about which stay.
- **Teams, not culprits** — Each ticket goes to the team its topic points to: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, leisure, management. Never to one person.
- **Guided replies** — Thirty templates by situation and language, suggested from the review's score and topic. Brackets mark what's left for you to write.
- **Your market, side by side** — Your score, volume and star split against the competitor hotels you choose, month after month.
- **Honest numbers** — Compared with last year, or not at all. Under five responses, no score: the sample stays visible, never a misleading figure.

## Guests who never write a review have an opinion too.

The Iris questionnaire goes out after check-out, in your hotel's name, in French, English or Arabic. One screen at a time, one mandatory question — by email, link or QR code.

- Sent automatically after check-out, from the bookings in your channel manager or PMS
- Every guest left out has a written reason: cancellation, no-show, no address, recently surveyed
- Response rate is measured on invitations actually delivered
- The headline indicator: the share of guests who give you 9 or 10
- Outlets, amenities, brand promise: the questionnaire adapts to your property

## Three moves, every morning

Iris tells the same loop on every screen: read, act, watch what moves.

1. **Connect** — Iris switches on for your Bridg_ property. Reviews arrive by themselves through your channel connection; those already received are picked up on day one.
2. **Act** — The queue tells you what to handle first. You reply from Iris, the reply goes out to the channel, and the ticket closes on time.
3. **Measure** — Topics, domains, compliance, last-year comparison: you see what moved, and where to act.

## From enduring your score to steering it

What changes the day Iris opens the queue.

### Without Iris

- Reviews read at random across extranets
- Replies late, sometimes never
- A score that drops with no explanation
- Questionnaires never typed in

### With Iris

- A queue sorted by priority and deadline
- Every delay visible, channel by channel
- The topics that push your score up or down
- Online surveys, analysed as soon as they're answered

## One queue, four readings

- **Management** — The home screen says what moved: to read, to handle, to analyse.
- **Front desk & teams** — Each team sees its tickets, its deadlines and the topics that concern it.
- **Quality** — Compliance by channel, topics, monthly tables and CSV exports.
- **Groups** — Every property ranked, and the ones slipping flagged.

## Connected to your channel manager

Same account, same properties, same bookings: Iris reads the stay where Bridg_ already holds it — and surveys go out from yesterday's check-outs.

- Bookings → Stay context
- OTA reviews → Tickets
- Yesterday's check-outs → Surveys

## What we get asked

### What is Iris Insight by Bridg_?

Guest review management software for hotels, published by Bridg_ in Algeria. It brings Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb reviews and survey responses into one ticket queue, and tracks the priority, team and reply deadline of each.

### How is Iris different from a classic online reputation tool?

A classic tool collects and displays reviews. Iris turns them into work to do: every review becomes a ticket owned by a team, with a deadline, that turns overdue on its own if nobody answers. The score is explained sentence by sentence, topic by topic, and the review is matched with the guest's booking.

### Do I need the Bridg_ channel manager?

Iris switches on for a Bridg_ property: your channel manager's connection to the OTAs brings in the reviews, and your bookings give them their context. Surveys can also be shared by link or QR code.

### Is Iris part of an ecosystem?

Yes. Iris is one of Bridg_'s four products, with the Channel Manager, which distributes your rooms on 200 channels, Bridg_ HMS, the PMS that runs the hotel's day, and Bridg_ POS, the point of sale of the restaurant and the bar. Each has its own site and login — bridgchannel.app, iris.bridgchannel.app, pms.bridgchannel.app, pos.bridgchannel.app — and each login page lets you switch to the other three.

### What does Bridg_ POS do?

It is the point of sale of hotel restaurants and bars: the floor plan, orders, sending to kitchen and bar, payment, the till and the day close. Connected to Bridg_ HMS, it receives the in-house guests and posts the check to the room folio; it also works on its own, and keeps serving when the network drops. Its site is in French, at pos.bridgchannel.app.

### Which review sources are supported?

Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb through your channel connection, plus your survey responses and imported responses. Google Business Profile is on the way.

### Can I reply to reviews from Iris?

Yes. The reply goes out to the channel from the review page, in the language you choose, and the ticket moves to “Responded”. Templates by situation save you time.

### Does Iris understand Arabic and Darija?

Yes: analysis runs sentence by sentence in French, Arabic, Darija and English. The interface and the questionnaires are available in French, English and Arabic.

### Who sees what?

Access follows your Bridg_ account permissions, property by property. Tickets are assigned to teams, never to individuals.

### Where is the data hosted?

On Bridg_'s infrastructure, hosted in Algeria, like your channel manager.

### How much does Iris cost?

Pricing depends on your property and is given on request, after a demo on your own reviews.
